CEO/President
Jack Bays
Jack Bays has over 35 years experience in the food and beverage industry, specializing in nutraceutical and organic products. He also has extensive brand management experience at prominent corporations and a background in new product development. His corporate experience included Coors Brewing Company, PepsiCo and Sarah Lee Corporation. He finished his corporate career leading Technical Operations for Shasta Beverages.
Jack is an angel investor and serial entrepreneur. His current company, Bay Pac Beverages, develops and markets beverage products internationally in emerging categories, focusing especially on products that combine the highest quality and a dedication to social responsibility.

Jack has a BS from the University of Colorado, a diploma from the Graduate Engineering Program at the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Fordham University in New York.
